Description: Job Title: Data Analyst
Pay Rate: $29.00-35.00/hour
Locations: East Hartford, CT 06118

Full Time, Direct w/ Benefits

Data Analyst job duties:
  • Manipulating data and automating reports
  • Lead and support projects, schedule meetings, report out information, and demonstrate successful methods to work around roadblocks or delays.
  • Evaluate data pull processes and recommend/implement process improvements
  • Develop reporting processes, create work instructions, develop process improvements which may include automating data pulls and reporting, integrating multiple data reports, and standardizing methods.
Core Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data, Finance, Business, STEM, or other related disciplines
  • One or more years of work experience in a customer facing role in an engineering or manufacturing environment (internship experience considered)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables are a must have
  • Strong self-management, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must be outgoing, enjoy solving problems, and be an excellent communicator
  • US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and aerospace hardware
  • Experience with VBA Macros and/or PowerBI
  • Exposure to SAP

Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $29.00-35.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
