Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing nutraceutical manufacturing company. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, starting from the confirmation of a client’s sales order (deposit received) through to final product delivery.

The ideal candidate will act as the central hub of communication between internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.

Location: Miramar, FL

Salary:$36/HR

Key Responsibilities

Project Initiation & Planning

  • Take ownership of new projects once a client deposit is confirmed.

  • Review client specifications, order details, and timelines to initiate planning.

  • Lead kickoff meetings with Purchasing, Design, Production, QA/QC, Packaging, and Shipping teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging.

  • Work with Graphic Designers on artwork creation, revisions, and approvals.

  • Partner with Production to schedule batches, track progress, and resolve issues.

  • Ensure Packaging specifications align with brand and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with QA/QC to meet compliance and release testing.

  • Oversee Shipping & Logistics to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Sales Team Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for the Sales Team once projects are initiated.

  • Provide clear, regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

  • Communicate client requests and changes across departments.

  • Help manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.

Timeline & Budget Management

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, tracking all milestones.

  • Monitor costs to ensure projects remain within budget.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project records, approvals, and schedules.

  • Prepare regular project status reports and updates for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of GMPs, FDA, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, MS Project).

  • PMP certification or similar is a plus.
