Internship Program Overview

We maintain a robust and diverse internship program that offers meaningful, hands-on experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. As an Architecture Intern for our Phoenix office, you will work alongside experienced architects, engineers, and project managers, contributing to real projects that shape communities.

What You Will Do

Design & Documentation Support

  • Assist in developing conceptual and schematic designs
  • Produce and revise drawings using Revit
  • Support the creation of construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, and details)
  • Maintain organized digital drawing sets and file structures

3D Modeling & Visualization

  • Build 3D models to support design development
  • Create renderings and visual presentations for client and internal use
  • Assist with presentation boards and digital graphics

Research & Code Analysis

  • Conduct research on materials, building systems, and sustainability strategies
  • Assist with zoning and building code analysis
  • Compile data and summaries to support project decisions

Field Work & Site Observation

  • Participate in site visits and document existing conditions
  • Assist with site measurements, photography, and reporting
  • Observe construction progress and understand real-world application of design

Team Collaboration & Project Support

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
  • Participate in team meetings, design critiques, and coordination sessions
  • Assist with meeting minutes, action item tracking, and project documentation
  • Support organization of project files, specifications, and submittals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
