Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our state-of-the-art Toolroom. In this role, you will set up, and operate advanced CNC machinery, troubleshoot operating difficulties, and ensure the highest standards of part quality. If you have a passion for precision machining, we want to hear from you!



What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Set Up & Operate: Run high-end CNC equipment including Tsugami Mills, Okuma Lathes, Studer 5-Axis Grinders, and Kellenberger CNCs.
  • Troubleshoot & Adjust: Diagnose minor mechanical or software issues and make real-time adjustments to eliminate quality variations.
  • Reverse Engineer: Take apart and reverse engineer complex components.
  • Inspect for Quality: Measure finished workpieces using precision instruments, templates, and fixtures to ensure 100% conformance to specs.



What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience setting up and running CNC Mills, Lathes, and Surface Grinders.
  • Proficiency with Esprit CAM software (or strong knowledge of it) is highly preferred.
  • Experience running conventional EDM equipment is a major plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints, templates, and use precision measuring tools.
