Come make an impact on the communities we serve as you help us advance health equity on a global scale. Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together.

  • Collaborate with digital product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver modern, resilient pharmacy user experiences
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code adhering to enterprise software engineering standards, security protocols, and performance guidelines
  • Participate in technical design reviews, API schema reviews, and peer code reviews to ensure system reliability and API performance
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize API query performance, microservice latency, and backend integrations in cloud environments
  • Support Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, estimation, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of software development experience with modern backend programming languages (such as Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python)
  • 1 years of professional software engineering experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • 1 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining GraphQL and/or RESTful APIs
  • 1 years of experience working with microservice architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Qualifications:
