As part of our dynamic Message Generation & Enrichment (MGE) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering compelling, personalized content that fuels our highly-scalable outbound marketing platform. Your responsibilities will encompass architecting, designing, and implementing highly scalable systems that own crafting/hydrating personalized message content, enabling strategic content marketing approaches, and leveraging modern Generative-AI technology to produce large-scale, customized copy that drives customer adoption and engagement.
This Software development position with Amazon Prime Video and Studios tech is a fit for someone who enjoys and thrives owning low latency, highly available stacks/services requiring strong problem-solving skills, has a solid computer science foundation, experience of backend design patterns, APIs and takes pride in operations excellence.
Successful candidates must also be innovative, flexible, self-directed, and able to design and write high-performance, reliable, maintainable code. This role requires the ability to deal with ambiguity, be data-driven and juggle cross-organization complexity. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
