How You Can Be Apart of S1’s Success:

This position – Senior Software Engineer – is critical to S1 Technology’s continued growth and development as a full scope service provider for our clients. The SDAI team sits at the intersection of software, data, and AI, and is a key driver in how we differentiate ourselves in the market.

You’ll have the opportunity to build something meaningful, shape the direction of this critical division, and directly impact both our customer and company’s future.

What You’ll Do

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers, data analysts, and AI-focused engineers, driving accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

· Own end-to-end delivery of SDAI projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and aligned to clear business outcomes

· Translate client needs into scalable technical solutions, architectures, and actionable project plans, while serving as a trusted advisor in client engagements

· Establish and enforce development standards, documentation practices, and QA processes to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery

· Introduce tools, frameworks, and automation to increase team efficiency and align SDAI operations with S1’s broader managed services model

What You Bring

· 7+ years in software development as a full-stack developer

· Strong experience with:

· Designing scalable systems

· Full-stack engineering

· Cloud infrastructure

· Database design

· Application development (web, API, or backend systems)

· Integrations and automation (APIs, middleware, scripting)

· Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities

• Projects are delivered on time, scoped correctly, and profitable
• SDAI contributes directly to new revenue and expansion within existing clients
• Clients clearly understand the value delivered (not just the technology)
• SDAI becomes a repeatable, scalable offering within S1
