Job description

Akima Mission Optimization (AMO) is looking for a Test Manager IV&V (Active Interim Secret Clearance) to work in location. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Test Manager will work on-site in North Charleston, South Carolina. Responsibilities * Analyze, clean, and interpret complex, large-scale data from various sensors (radars, cameras, electro-optical, and C4ISR) to achieve tactical missions for a Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS).
* Present data findings in a clear manner to technical and non-technical personnel.
* Configure hardware and software environments, execute test setups, and maintain test bench readiness, ensuring the Government's System Integration Lab (SIL) remains configured to the approved system baseline.
* Extract feeds and interpret data from various in-place sensors (radars, cameras, electro-optical, etc.) and integrate new hardware and software into the SIL.
* Develop, manage and update software installation procedures.
* Lead testing activities and mentor test team members.
* Execute tests in the SIL.
* Create Test Incident Reports (SIR) as required.
* Conduct preparations for and participate in Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).
* Provide technical input to the test plan (TP), test objectives, entrance criteria, and exit criteria for each test.
* Investigate TIRs during test events using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) criteria.
* Develop detailed Test Reports at the end of each test event. Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED.
* 3 years serving in a test manager role (DOD experience preferred).
* 3 years testing / validating various data sets for network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, and testing.
* Effective written and verbal skills.
* Effective presentation delivery of technical data to non-technical audiences.
* Interim Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications: * USMC operational experience supporting multi-layered Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS).
* Experience testing / operating a combination of technical systems including radars, cameras, electro-optical sensors, and C4ISR software for DOD.
* Preferred Degree: Bachelor of Science (BS) Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
* Clearance: active Secret as asset.
