At PABLO, social media is a big part of how people discover what we’re doing and decide where they want to be.

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to help run PABLO’s social channels and create content that actually feels like PABLO. This is a paid, hands-on position for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and wants real experience helping build a brand.

What You’ll Do:

Help manage PABLO’s Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels

Create and post photos, videos, stories, reels, and TikToks

Capture content during service, events, and late-night programming

Plan content around upcoming events, specials, menu items, and promotions

Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar

Respond to comments, messages, and guest interactions on social media

Stay on top of trends and bring new content ideas to the team

Work with our Social Media Ambassadors and help coordinate creator content

Track basic social performance and identify what content is working

Help grow PABLO’s following and overall presence in Columbia

What You Bring:

A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends

Experience creating short-form photo and video content

Creativity and an eye for content people actually want to watch

Basic photo and video editing skills

Strong communication and organization

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects

An understanding of college culture and the Columbia community is a plus

Availability for some evenings, weekends, and events when content is needed

Marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related students are encouraged to apply, but your work and creativity matter more than your major

Pay: $15 to $18 per hour
