Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • Ensures all guest related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance to departmental standards.
  • Handles the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots.
  • Answers questions related to slot machines as well as general property information.
  • Promotes features of the Slot Player's Club and assist in slot promotions, as required.
  • Sign up guests into the Slot Player's Club.
  • Investigates and resolves issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems.
  • Exchanges large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of guests.
  • Assists with additional technical and service issues, as required.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.

  • High School Diploma/GED; 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Previous experience in Casino or Hospitality industry preferred.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as manuals.           
  • Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Must qualify for any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
