LOCATED IN SCOTTSBLUFF, NE
Coordinates the day-to-day operations and oversight of all simulation-based education (SBE) for their designated University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Nursing Division. This individual is responsible for educational technology, equipment, resources, personnel, processes, and infrastructure essential for an efficient and effective teaching/learning environment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree If any degree major/training is required, please specify the type. (NOTE: Concentration and minors are not equivalent to a major)
Healthcare, Educational/Instructional Technology, Business/Public Administration or related field.
Required Experience 2 years If any experience is required, please specify what kind of experience:
Related technical support experience in an educational environment to include managing multiple projects.
Required License No If yes, what is the required licensure/certification? Required Computer Applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook Required Other Computer Applications: Required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to working in a professional, collaborative, and diverse team environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of instructional design principles, learning theory, online learning strategies, and technology integration.
Demonstrated experience in using sound instructional design principles when interacting with faculty and staff to ensure effective skills training delivery.
Occasional evening and weekend work expected.
Preferred Education: Master's degree If any degree/training is preferred, please specify the type:
Healthcare, Educational/Instructional Technology, Business/Public Administration or related field.
Preferred Experience:
Experience designing, developing and supporting simulation instructional activities, preferably in a health education or higher education setting. Higher education teaching experience.
Experience coordinating, managing or leading people and projects. Experience evaluating and improving technology-based educational programs.
Experience with B-Line or similar clinical simulation capture/management system.
