Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including the use of tools from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to evaluate and diagnose patients' mental health needs and craft individualized care plans.
  • Utilize ongoing evaluation of patient progress to design tailored interventions that effectively support their mental health journeys.
  • Maintain up-to-date treatment records, clinical documentation, and reports utilizing current technology, adhering to all regulatory and departmental standards.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that reflect their unique needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team environment to coordinate care and referrals, establishing strong relationships with external treatment providers and agencies.
  • Provide education, guidance, and mentorship to students, interns, and new team members, promoting professional development within the mental health field.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
