  • Ticketing and ongoing support - Support requests and tier-1 ticketing activities by helping document issues, draft proposed solutions, and learn troubleshooting workflows. Progressively assist with resolving tickets under review and sign-off from senior team members. Provide general ongoing system support as assigned.
  • Content and resource development - Build and update training materials, job aids, and simple how-to guides to support end-user enablement. Help maintain SOPs, admin guides, runbooks, and knowledge base resources by documenting updates and incorporating feedback from field and project teams.
  • Reporting and analytics support - Assist with maintaining, refreshing, and validating reports and dashboards. Support efforts related to adoption tracking, usage trends, data quality, and operational insights, and assist with follow-up activities alongside Construction Technology team members.
