Overview i3 has an exciting opportunity for an Program Analyst to support the Naval Research Laboratory, Tactical Electronic Warfare Division. TEWD's mission is to protect the warfighter from emerging threats by advancing electronic warfare (EW) through RDT&E of current and future technologies. While the location states Washington, DC. There will be some travel to an Arlington office as needed. Pay Range $133,000 - $201,000 The pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, geographic location, and any applicable laws. Responsibilities * Classifies, monitors and summarizes financial data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis. * Provides cost/benefit studies, financial analysis, analysis of alternatives, return on investment, cost estimation, present value, and other analyses. * Conducts research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements. * Develops high level program briefs that detail program mission, status, schedule and financial requirements and execution. * Detailed analysis and formulation of annual and multi-year budget estimates for sponsor organization. * Provide advice, assistance and guidance on budgeting and related information. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience * Knowledge and/or experience may be required in, program and logistics management, financial management, cost estimation, or risk management. * Skill in accessing budget information/database systems, analyze and quality check data.
