  • Support regulatory engagement by coordinating preparation of technical reports, compliance documentation, and project updates for regulatory agencies including CDPHE, DRMS, DWR, and other authorities.

  • Provide clear and timely project reporting to executive leadership, including status updates, key risks, mitigation strategies, and decision points.

  • Proven ability to manage consultants and contractors, including scope development, schedule management, budget control, and deliverable review.

  • Excellent technical communication and writing skills, including preparation of regulatory submittals, technical reports, and executive briefings.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.
