We are partnering with Regester Associates.

They are seeking a Civil Engineer (E.I.T.) to join our growing team. We are open to candidates ranging from recent graduates with minimal experience to experienced E.I.T.-level engineers working toward their Professional Engineer (PE) license.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in land development and stormwater design while gaining hands-on experience with a collaborative and expanding engineering firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design and development of commercial, residential, and site development projects
  • Support stormwater management design, drainage analysis, and permitting efforts
  • Prepare engineering plans, reports, and technical calculations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
  • Assist with site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion/sediment control plans
  • Work toward increasing project responsibility and technical leadership over time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • E.I.T. certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience or internship exposure in land development, stormwater management, or civil site design is a plus
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to grow professionally and pursue PE licensure

Compensation:

  • $25–$35/hour, based on experience and qualifications
