What You'll Do:
In this role, you will build the next generation of high-performance, data-dense GUI applications that deliver real-time market data to traders. These applications are the primary interface between users and our trading systems, with a strong focus on tick-to-screen latency, performance, and visual clarity.
You will focus on low-level rendering, graphics pipelines, and efficient data delivery to the browser, leveraging modern web technologies to push the limits of what is possible in real-time GUIs. As a senior engineer, you will help shape technical direction, mentor teammates, and establish best practices for building world-class GUI systems.
Skills You'll Need:
5+ years of experience building high-performance GUI applications
Strong experience with React and modern web application architecture
Deep understanding of low-level rendering pipelines and rendering techniques
Hands-on experience with WebAssembly (WASM), Web APIs, WebGPU, WebGL, or equivalent graphics technologies
Experience building real-time, data-intensive web applications
Solid full-stack fundamentals and the ability to work across frontend and backend boundaries
Strong focus on performance, memory usage, and responsiveness under heavy data loads
Ability to write clean, testable code and provide constructive code reviews
Desire to take technical ownership, influence architecture, and mentor other engineers
Bonus Points:
Experience optimizing rendering pipelines for large, frequently updating datasets
Familiarity with browser internals and performance profiling tools
Experience with Rust or C++
Background in trading, finance, or other real-time data-driven domains
