Job description

The Operations internship is a 9-10 week program designed to provide a thorough hands-on approach to operational processes and procedures in order to gain a strong understanding of how the Company operates. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain a high-level understanding of how different aspects of the operation achieve key objectives and promote the accomplishment of the Company's mission.

Interface with appropriate Support Center and service center associates in the completion of various tasks on a daily basis. Accompany and observe leadership in each aspect of local operations. Accompany and observe during customer service and sales calls. Accompany Company drivers on local delivery routes to garner an understanding of the freight delivery process. Participate in Operations reviews to analyze and implement data-driven changes. Develop presentations to promote to senior Operations leaders.

For this position, a High School Diploma or GED is required. Additionally, the candidate must have completed their junior or senior year at an accredited 4-year university prior to the start date of the internship.
