Job description

TMB has an exciting opportunity for a Program Analyst (Internship/Apprenticeship Programs and Contract Administration) to support the Team Ships Front Office (TSFO) within the PAE Maritime Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Program Coordinator for three (3) internship/apprenticeship competency areas; Business & Financial Management (BFM), Information Technology (IT), and Logistics, supporting Team Ships Front Office (TSFO) within the PAE Maritime Organization.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Program Manager (PM) across seven (7) TSFO technical support service areas.
  • Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all contract new-hire onboarding activities, including but not limited to CAC issuance, SOP dissemination, resume collection, SAAR-N forms, FlankSpeed access, and NASEA building access.
  • Manage full program execution and day-to-day operations, including schedule and timeline management, training and professional development, curriculum oversight, annual and continuous learning initiatives, and system/account access coordination.
  • Lead programmatic and organizational initiatives on behalf of the Government customer in support of mission objectives, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and directives.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, analyze root causes, and develop and recommend effective alternative solutions.
  • Apply specialized knowledge of DoD and Navy Human Capital systems, processes, and resources across a broad range of scenarios.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and schedule meetings in support of the Government customer, including logistical planning as required.
  • Document, transcribe, and summarize meeting discussions; develop action items; and track action item status through completion.
  • Organize and maintain hard-copy and electronic files, correspondence, records, and reports in accordance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Prepare reports as requested by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
  • Route, respond to, and manage routine correspondence.
  • Maintain and enhance proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5-12 years of experience providing analytical support to U.S. Navy program offices.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree OR equivalent U.S. military service experience.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Eligibility to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to be able to travel reasonable distances (up to ยฝ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
  • Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
