THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven leader to oversee National Corporate Housing’s Leadership Development Program (LDP). Participants in the program gain immersive exposure across markets, leaders, and operational environments designed to accelerate leadership readiness and long-term career growth at National. This role is responsible for developing future operational and market leaders through immersive onboarding, rotational experiences, leadership coaching, operational exposure, and intentional development planning.

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing talent, building relationships, and helping emerging leaders strengthen their leadership presence, business acumen, accountability, and ability to lead high-performing teams.

This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of leadership development, operations, coaching, and talent strategy. You will serve as a visible leader and champion of National’s leadership culture while partnering closely with executive leadership, Regional Directors, General Managers, and market teams to strengthen National’s future leadership pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Leadership Development Program Strategy & Execution

  • Lead and oversee the full Leadership Development Program lifecycle, from talent identification and recruitment through onboarding, development, coaching, and successful placement into leadership roles.
  • Continuously evolve and enhance onboarding experiences, rotational structures, leadership assessments, development pathways, and program resources to strengthen participant growth, leadership readiness, and overall program impact.
  • Partner with executive leadership and operational leaders to align leadership pipeline needs with business growth goals

Leadership Coaching & Talent Development

  • Lead recurring coaching and development conversations that strengthen leadership growth, accountability, business acumen, communication skills, confidence, and operational ownership.
  • Assess participant readiness using competency frameworks, operational performance indicators, stakeholder feedback, and coaching observations
  • Coach associates from individual contributor execution toward strategic leadership and market-level decision-making

Program Operations & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and oversee onboarding, travel logistics, market rotations, and developmental scheduling to create a seamless and high-impact experience for LDP participants.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to ensure consistent program execution across markets
  • Coordinate mentoring relationships, leadership exposure opportunities, and training experiences

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of progressive experience leading structured onboarding, rotational development, or leadership development programs designed to prepare associates for operational leadership roles across multiple markets or locations
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a formal rotational leadership development program on a regional or national scale preferred
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to develop emerging leaders through accountability, feedback, and structured development experiences
  • Experience assessing leadership readiness through competency frameworks, stakeholder feedback, coaching observations, and operational performance indicators
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple participants, stakeholders, timelines, and operational priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to influence operational leaders, participants, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to connect leadership development initiatives to business needs, operational expectations, and organizational growth goals
  • Experience facilitating leadership workshops, onboarding experiences, professional development programs, or operational training initiatives
  • Ability to navigate difficult coaching conversations, accountability discussions, and participant performance concerns
  • Experience building scalable processes, development resources, reporting structures, or program frameworks in a growing and evolving environment
  • Ability to analyze participant trends, readiness indicators, assessment outcomes, and development metrics to support leadership pipeline visibility and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and drive alignment across Operations, HR, Recruiting, Talent Development, and executive leadership teams
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support onboarding, market visits, leadership events, and participant development activities
  • Demonstrated ability to model National’s core values, foster accountability, and contribute to a high-performance development culture

EDUCATION & CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Talent Development, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience leading onboarding, leadership development, rotational programs, or multi-market training initiatives preferred
  • Experience facilitating leadership training, coaching conversations, onboarding programs, or professional development initiatives preferred
  • Familiarity with leadership development frameworks, coaching methodologies, competency models, or talent assessment practices preferred
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operational leaders, executive stakeholders, HR, and Recruiting teams preferred
