Job description

You will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for supervising crews that conduct systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading represented mechanics and avionics technicians, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring safe, ontime execution of flightline activities.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Supervise crews of represented mechanics and avionics technicians for systems testing, operational ground checks, and flight missions.

  • Assign and adjust work tasks to meet tactical and strategic goals while staying on schedule and within budget.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, ESH, and quality standards through audits, risk mitigation, and policy administration.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area with "Clean As You Go" practices and proper tool control.

  • Drive training, certification, and employeeengagement initiatives to develop a skilled, motivated team.
