Position Summary
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is responsible for coordinating communication to customers regarding repairs and orders. The CSR responds quickly to all service requests, manages customer accounts and acts as the main point of contact. He or she also coordinates the team's workflow and sets priorities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Phone Support: Provide telephone support to customers, handle requests, follow up, and resolve issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and coordinate the activities of sales representatives.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Manage accounts receivable and opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Order Processing: Prepare, release, and process orders for regular and equipment (capital) sales.
  • Invoicing: Prepare required documentation and invoices.
  • Estimate Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of estimates and prioritize repairs based on the approval date.
  • Workflow Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for the coordination of team activities.
  • Process Analysis: Contribute to the analysis and improvement of internal processes.
  • Systems Improvement: Participate in the improvement of computer systems and internal infrastructure.
  • Complaint Management: Assesses client concerns to determine if they should be reported to Health Canada and escalates as required.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Confidentiality: Ensuring the confidentiality of customer information.
  • Internal Relations: Maintain good working relationships with other departments, sales representatives and management.
  • Other duties: Perform any other related duties.
  • Note: flexibility to work until 5:30 p.m. EST is required.
Qualifications
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an inbound call center, including process coordination.
  • Excellence in customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism to provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Priority Management: Ability to pay close attention to detail, organize and prioritize work, follow up and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
