This internship is a great opportunity for a student interested in business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing food manufacturing and distribution company.

Job Description
The intern will support projects focused on evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, improving standardization, and helping teams operate more efficiently across functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to different areas of the business while contributing to meaningful operational initiatives.
What You'll Support
  • Assist in evaluating, mapping, and documenting current business processes and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency
  • Support AI-based process improvement initiatives; projects may include workflow automation, customer service chatbot/agent development, or AI-enabled knowledge tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to better understand workflows, challenges, and business needs
  • Help organize information, analyze data, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create presentations, process documentation, summaries, and reports
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations
