  • Prior Experience: Graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Marketing and has held roles at every level of Northwestern Mutual’s leadership track, including Assistant Regional Director at the company’s Milwaukee headquarters.
  • Passionate About: Ryan lives in Elmhurst, Illinois, with his wife  and their three children. He enjoys family time, sports, and community involvement. Together, the Kramers support organizations such as Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, Feed My Starving Children, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Bear Necessities. Ryan is also active with the ISU Marketing Alumni Board, the Butterfield Country Club Finance Committee, and the Church of the Resurrection in Elmhurst.

We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from Medical Device, Education (teachers, administrators), Logistics, Solar, Payroll Services, Tech Business Development, Real Estate, Auto Rental and others. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
