• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Provide structured weekly supervision for practicum students, guiding them through clinical practices and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative care with external healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on clients' progress and feedback.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in client records to comply with legal, ethical, and practice standards.
• Continuously engage in professional development activities, staying updated on the latest research and evidence-based practices in psychotherapy.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population, offering psychotherapy to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their unique recovery paths, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) to practice independently.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• Experience supervising clinical interns or practicum students.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and virtual therapy best practices.
• Background working in outpatient settings with a multi-disciplinary team approach.

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $52,000 to $100,000, dependent on your level of experience and engagement level (full-time or part-time). Alongside a generous compensation package, our benefits include:
