Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, guiding them through their clinical licensure process with constructive feedback and mentorship.
  • Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services for various client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and community resources to create integrated treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of innovative treatment strategies to enhance client care and engagement.
  • Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical documentation through our electronic health record system to ensure consistent care and accountability.
  • Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and therapeutic practices to continuously improve the quality of care provided to our clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
  • Previous supervisory experience or experience mentoring practicum students is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

At Harris Psychotherapy Ltd., we offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by an uncapped earning potential based on client caseload and productivity.
