Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Solution Engineer to join our dynamic SE team, focusing on the North America market. This is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding our footprint in diverse international markets outside of our core regions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of selling complex B2B solutions across various cultures and regulatory environments.

  • Technical Sales & Support:
    • Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing deep product and solution expertise.
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements for prospective customers.
    • Answer technical questions and address objections from prospects and customers.
    • Lead technical deep-dive meetings and workshops, explaining complex architectures and integration strategies.
  • Customer Engagement & Strategy:
    • Understand customer business requirements and technical environments to architect and propose the most suitable solution.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop solution strategies and technical sales campaigns.
    • Contribute to the creation of sales proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
    • Travel internationally as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support regional sales efforts.
  • Product & Market Feedback:
    • Gather and synthesize customer technical requirements and market feedback, communicating them effectively to Product Management and Engineering teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.
    • Develop and maintain technical sales materials, including demo scripts, presentations, and best-practice guides.

Territory Alignment

Territory will be determined based on business priorities at the time of hire. We consider geography, vertical focus, and market opportunity when assigning accounts to ensure strong alignment between seller strengths and company growth goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Solution Engineering, Solution Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
    • Proven experience supporting sales in international markets, particularly within the North, Central regions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity.
    • Hands-on experience with APIs, Kubernetes, SQL, Python.
    • Excellent ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, geographically distributed team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Fluency in English is required
