• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' mental health status using standardized tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to develop individualized care plans that consider cultural diversity and the specific needs of the patient.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, adapting interventions and strategies to ensure alignment with the mental health diagnosis and expected therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and documentation, adhering to regulatory and departmental procedures to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Collaborate with patients and their families in the formulation of targeted treatment plans, focused on fostering understanding, setting achievable goals, and enhancing the overall therapeutic process.
• Facilitate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers to ensure integrated and effective care pathways.
• Mentor and educate students, interns, and volunteers, sharing your expertise and supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
