  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, goals, and the healthcare landscape to better support the work
  • Translate client briefs and strategic direction into clear, actionable project plans
  • Coordinate across strategy, creative, media, production, and development teams to keep work aligned and moving forward
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones-proactively communicating progress and flagging risks early
  • Identify and help resolve resource, timing, or scope challenges to maintain momentum
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status trackers, and documentation
  • Monitor tasks, dependencies, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
  • Support budget tracking, including vendor coordination, time tracking, and invoicing processes
  • Contribute to budget updates, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Uphold project management best practices, ensuring consistency and organization across all work streams
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation across briefs, assets, revisions, and communications

You Have
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and digital/web projects
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Collaborative, reliable team player
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required

Perks and Benefits
  • Competitive Salary
  • Health, Dental and Vision benefit packages to fit all types of lifestyles
  • Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance paid 100% by the company
  • FSA / HSA Options
  • 401(K) with a generous company match program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (aka- unlimited)
  • Paid Parental Leave
