Overview

???? FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)


Optimizes the financial performance of healthcare operations by analyzing revenue cycle data and identifying opportunities to improve reimbursement, reduce denials, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborates closely with billing, coding, finance, and clinical teams to ensure accurate claim submission, monitor accounts receivable performance, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Supports compliance with regulatory and payer requirements while assisting with revenue cycle management tools, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Prepares detailed performance analyses and dashboards to support leadership decision-making and contributes to strategies that strengthen revenue capture, improve collections, and drive overall financial performance.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzes revenue cycle data to identify opportunities for financial performance improvement.
  • Collaborates with billing, coding, finance, and clinical teams to ensure accurate claim submissions.
  • Monitors accounts receivable and resolves billing discrepancies.
  • Supports compliance with regulatory standards and revenue capture strategies.
  • Conducts audits and generates performance reports.
  • Assists with training on revenue cycle systems and processes.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance revenue collection and operational efficiency.
 
 
 

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analysis or revenue cycle operations.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, financial reporting, and revenue cycle reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, claims processing, and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical, billing, coding, finance, and revenue cycle teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and compliance standards.
