As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate and ethical counseling sessions with clients through video communication.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies to create tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitating clients' understanding of their feelings and relationships to foster insight and personal growth.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a wide range of mental health challenges. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice. Specific licensure includes:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• No limited or provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep empathy for clients.
• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• A reliable computer setup with a functioning webcam and audio capabilities for video consultations.
• A strong, stable internet connection to ensure seamless client interactions.

While not mandatory, previous experience working with adults in a telehealth capacity and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be beneficial in this role. Candidates who have developed individualized plans that respond effectively to diverse client needs will be particularly suited for this position.
