Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, social workers, and support staff, you will engage with individuals in the comfort of their environments. • Provide direct clinical services to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop integrated care plans, and create tailored therapeutic interventions to address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Coordinate with family members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support and treatment continuity.
• Utilize brief, evidence-based techniques to perform mental health screenings, transitioning clients to more intensive care as needed.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety and effective resolution.
• Maintain effective documentation and ensure timely completion of reports and data submissions, contributing to overall program evaluation and improvement efforts.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery, quality improvement, and client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base consisting of individuals from varying backgrounds, including those with limited access to mental health resources. The role demands sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of the various socioeconomic factors affecting mental health. Your efforts will contribute significantly to raising standards of care and improving the overall well-being of clients in the Sparks, Nevada area and beyond.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• Proficient knowledge and proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for complex mental health issues.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage various caseloads and maintain thorough records.
• Competence in working with specific age-related or specialty issues relevant to our client population.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals facing serious mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances.
• Experience in community health settings or with under-served populations is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and integrated care approaches.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
