• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing your expertise to implement evidence-based practices and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in New York.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy and the ability to create tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex cases and achieve positive outcomes.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, though exceptional new graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.
