• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and create individualized treatment plans that adhere to cultural considerations and specific patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide effective outpatient therapy, continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and other clinical documentation using state-of-the-art electronic health records systems, aligned with regulatory and department standards.
• Engage collaboratively with patients, families, and allied health professionals to design and implement a holistic treatment approach that addresses both clinical and psychosocial factors.
• Provide referrals and coordinate support services, establishing a seamless link between patients and additional treatment providers.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and familiarity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire trust and confidence in patients and their families.

• Experience working with pediatric populations or within school systems is highly desirable.
• Background in oncology-related mental health support, with a focus on trauma-informed care.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
