Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that address specific risks and goals.
• Engage in crisis management by developing pre-crisis and crisis plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team, ensuring appropriate interventions are available when needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening instruments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use challenges, tailoring interventions accordingly.
• Participate actively in creating and implementing positive behavior support plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that services meet high standards of quality and compliance.
