Job description

The Customer Success Intern supports the Customer Success team by providing excellent service, document setup, and collaboration. You will create, implement, and tag customer documents to meet their document setup needs, ensuring accuracy before filing deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software
  • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
  • Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotes
  • Tie-out XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Accounting, or a related program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
  • Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and follow-through are required
  • Technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc
  • Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs
