Position Overview

We Care Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity, primarily providing mental health support through virtual telehealth services. Work Environment

This position operates entirely remotely, providing the flexibility needed to balance professional and personal life while delivering therapeutic services from the comfort of your own space. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of professionals committed to enhancing mental health services. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a structured yet flexible schedule for client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, subsequently developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for each client.
  • Maintain a weekly caseload of 25-30 client visits, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Document each session per company guidelines, completing treatment plan reviews, ongoing assessments, and case notes.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, working alongside our team to address community mental health needs and improve service delivery.
  • Utilize innovative strategies in therapeutic interventions to aid clients in achieving and surpassing their identified goals.
  • Collaborate with families, case managers, schools, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. This requires a deep understanding of systemic therapy approaches as well as an ability to tailor interventions based on individual and family dynamics. We are dedicated to addressing issues such as addiction, relationship challenges, and various mental health disorders, ensuring that our clients receive holistic, empathetic care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • Proficient in mental health documentation processes, including treatment plans, clinical assessments, and case notes.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate successful interactions with clients and team members.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with diverse populations, demonstrating comfort in addressing issues faced by clients from various backgrounds.
  • Prior work experience in mental health settings focusing on therapy for children, adolescents, and families.
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources and fee collection at the time of service.
