• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, leveraging evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches, adapting techniques based on the client’s progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible when needed.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to devise and adjust treatment protocols.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and improving overall client outcomes.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapeutics to continually refine and improve personal therapeutic strategies.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide array of mental health issues primarily relating to trauma, anxiety, and depression. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with and positively impact a varied patient demographic, providing sensitivity and understanding of their unique life challenges and experiences.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated ability to implement solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs, ensuring personalized treatment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective relationships with clients and the multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking, essential for developing creative solutions to complex client needs.

• Experience in providing remote therapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
