• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, aiding their professional development and helping them achieve their clinical licensure goals.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping, adhering to relevant ethical standards and regulations.
• Stay current with the latest research, therapeutic best practices, and advancements in the field of mental health.

As a therapist at Amber's Best, you will work primarily with a diverse client base seeking outpatient mental health support. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individualized therapy to clients facing a variety of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Our holistic approach ensures that every client’s needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• A valid and active state license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to practice as a mental health therapist.
• Professional liability insurance to safeguard your practice.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapy and supervision.

While not mandatory, experience in providing supervision to practicum students or interns is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques and a strong understanding of diverse therapeutic methodologies will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to generous compensation, we provide a full benefits package that includes:
