Successful candidates with excellent communication and problem-solving skills will join a virtual team focused on strengthening our industry-leading member service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in completing transactions, including opening new personal and business accounts, referring consumer, real estate and commercial loans.
  • Identify loan needs and opportunities for new and existing members. Act as a key team player in member service by uncovering new opportunities during all member interactions.
  • Assist in account maintenance, which can include stop payments, check orders, address changes, etc.

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferable.
  • Previous experience in financial institutions a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Note: Required Saturday rotation coverage.

Salary Description
$22.00/hr.
