Seasonal stipend of an additional $3 per hour (July 15th to December 15th), raising the pay to $21/hour. Monthly performance bonuses, with potential earnings up to $28/hour during the season. Key Responsibilities Assist Customers : Help individuals understand their coverage and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their health and financial needs. Full Lifecycle Customer Service and Sales : Handle inbound calls or make outbound follow-up calls to provide comprehensive support. Respond with Compassion : Address customer inquiries with active listening and select the best solutions efficiently. Identify and Upsell : Recognize customers' additional needs and assist them in upgrading their products or services. Requirements Health Insurance License : You must have a current health insurance license in your state of residence. Sales Experience : At least six (6) months of sales experience.
