Job description

eCallogy in partnership with ACD Direct, Inc. is hiring Customer Service Data Entry Representatives for Colorado's Low Income Energy Assistance Program also known as LEAP. Our department will be answering inbound and outbound calls to assist clients in submitting applications for Colorado LEAP Program. Apply for the chance to work for a well-established contact center. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.


Bilingual Spanish and English Speaking Required

*Tentative start date Sept 28th, 2026

*This is a work from home position - Seasonal 5-6 months

Job Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls from potential applicants for Colorado's Low Income Energy Assistance Program.
  • Accurately enter data gathered from applicants.

  • Provide resources and support to callers on our LEAP Application line.
  • Provide knowledgeable responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist callers with application processes
  • Ensure you are familiar with all resources available to successfully complete the work as described.
  • Utilize available systems, knowledgebase and standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to respond to inquiries and perform job duties.
  • Refer escalated calls to appropriate levels as needed.
  • Handle all callers with respect and compassion.
  • Accurately utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately.
  • Be present in Microsoft Teams during work hours and promptly reply to any requests through Teams. Teams is how we communicate or "chat" while taking calls.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team
  • Windows PC Required, (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible)
  • Windows 10 or newer
  • 16GB of RAM on your PC
  • Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
  • Private work at home environment free from interruption and distraction
  • USB Headset
  • Webcam (for internal team meetings)
  • Position has Part Time- and Full-Time shifts (limited Full-Time shifts)
  • Schedules will be Monday - Friday (Off on Federal and some State Holidays)
  • Two separate monitors are highly recommended
  • $17.50/hr (will match state minimum wage law at the higher rate where applicable)
