Role Description This is a remote Travel Consultant/Advisor role. The Travel Consultant/Advisor will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, and then design customized itineraries that may include flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other activities. Day-to-day tasks include researching destinations, pricing, and availability; preparing and presenting travel options; and creating accurate travel proposals and confirmations. The role also involves managing bookings and reservations, processing payments, and monitoring itinerary changes such as schedule updates or cancellations. The Travel Consultant/Advisor will provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after travel, handle inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, and maintain detailed records in booking and CRM systems.
