• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that assist in their recovery journeys.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, using diverse therapeutic techniques to address clients’ specific circumstances.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and offer consistent support, monitoring their progress and adapting treatment as needed.
• Foster trust and rapport through effective communication and interpersonal skills, which are critical for building strong therapeutic relationships in a virtual environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

As a member of our therapist network, you will work with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will be crucial in providing them with accessible mental health resources and individualized care plans that adapt over time based on their evolving needs.

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and understanding for clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling, therapy documentation, and client data efficiently in a virtual setting.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote therapy delivery is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to different client preferences.
• Prior experience working with specific demographics or presenting conditions relevant to our diverse clientele.

• A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, adjusted according to caseload and experience.
