  • Utilize evidence-based therapies to develop individualized care plans that target specific mental health challenges, regularly monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Maintain and prepare meticulous treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and departmental standards while leveraging the latest technology to enhance the documentation process.

  • Facilitate the creation of comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, clearly outlining desired outcomes and ongoing care strategies.

  • Coordinate referrals and establish strong connections between patients, their families, and treatment providers to improve accessibility and continuity of care.

  • Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and volunteers, enriching their professional development and contributing to the overall learning environment.

  • Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and clinical collaborations, offering insights and support to fellow team members under the supervision of your clinical director.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses in school-based settings. The clinician will work closely with young patients, providing tailored interventions that promote mental health resilience and address specific challenges unique to this demographic, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being and academic success.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient therapy or school-based mental health intervention, demonstrating familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and a strong understanding of patient-centered care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
