Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional and psychological needs effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances and mental health objectives.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to enhance client engagement and recovery.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to provide integrated care while communicating effectively about clients' progress and needs.

Qualifications
