• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing the DSM-5 for accurate diagnosis when necessary.
• Create tailored, individualized treatment plans that reflect the cultural diversity and unique needs of the patient population served.
• Employ evidence-based therapies and techniques to support patient growth, while continuously monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed.
• Prepare and maintain meticulous clinical treatment records, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards and is completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that prioritize safety, symptom reduction, and achievement of desired health outcomes.
• Facilitate referrals and serve as a liaison among patients, family members, and treatment providers, ensuring continuity of care.
• Assist in educating and mentoring other healthcare professionals, including students and interns, to foster their development within the field.
• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaborations under supervision to enhance the skills of fellow practitioners.

The primary focus of this role will be on individuals and families who have experienced challenges related to substance use disorders. You will provide targeted interventions that address the unique emotional and psychological experiences associated with addiction and recovery, ensuring that care approaches are holistic and sensitive to individual patient needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in a detox or inpatient treatment setting, focusing on substance use and mental health issues.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with integrated care models.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
