Familiarity with project management platforms, cloud collaboration tools (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), and sometimes specific software or programming languages, depending on the industry, is important. Strong self-motivation, time management, adaptability, and clear written communication are essential soft skills in a remote environment.
