To excel as a Remote Graduate Intern, you generally need a relevant academic background, foundational knowledge in your field, and basic proficiency with digital communication tools. Familiarity with project management platforms, cloud collaboration tools (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), and sometimes specific software or programming languages, depending on the industry, is important. Strong self-motivation, time management, adaptability, and clear written communication are essential soft skills in a remote environment. Corporate: Engage in a wide range of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From talent acquisition to strategic initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping how we attract and develop future talent.

Position Purpose

The Early Careers Recruiter (Recruiter / Senior Recruiter) is responsible for executing and, at more senior levels, leading the strategy and delivery of early careers hiring across key business areas. This role blends full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder partnership, program support and/or leadership, and data-driven decision making to build high-quality early talent pipelines.

The position exists to strengthen StoneX's early careers strategy by delivering best-in-class candidate experiences, building scalable talent pipelines, and supporting global hiring initiatives across early talent populations.

The level of this role (Recruiter or Senior Recruiter) will be determined based on the candidate's experience, scope of ownership, and demonstrated impact.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for internship, graduate, and early talent hiring (0-3 years of experience) across assigned business areas
  • Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs, advise on talent strategy, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies, including university engagement, pipeline building, and employer branding initiatives
  • Lead and/or support key aspects of intern and graduate programs, including onboarding, engagement, and conversion to full-time roles
  • Support and/or lead global hiring initiatives, collaborating across regions and demonstrating flexibility to work across time zones as needed
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication, engagement, and process excellence
  • Leverage data and insights to track performance, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes (e.g., conversion, acceptance rates, etc.)
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency, utilizing tools, technology, and scalable practices to enhance the recruiting function
Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 2-7+ years of experience in Early Careers, Campus Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or related field
  • Experience supporting and/or managing full-cycle recruiting processes and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting processes

Senior level candidates will typically demonstrate:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with ownership of full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder management
  • Ability to independently lead hiring strategies and influence business stakeholders
  • Experience leading programs, initiatives, or projects within early careers recruiting
  • Strong use of data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes

What makes you stand out

  • Experience recruiting for front-office or revenue-generating roles (Institutional preferred)
  • Experience supporting or scaling early careers programs (internships, graduate programs)
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI and automation tools in recruiting workflows
  • Strong interest in early talent development and program innovation

Education / Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Working Environment

  • Hybrid work environment (office + remote flexibility)
  • Potential travel required during peak campus recruiting cycles (up to ~30%)

Hiring Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 (final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, level [Recruiter vs. Senior Recruiter], skills, and alignment with internal equity and market data). Subject to business performance and management discretion, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. In addition, StoneX offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits, where applicable
