This position operates within a telehealth framework, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our therapists and clients. As a part of a fully outpatient practice, our therapists work from the comfort of their homes while utilizing current technology to maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues. • Provide weekly supervision sessions for practicum students to guide their clinical skills development and facilitate their journey towards licensure.
• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, progress notes, and ongoing evaluations.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Stay current with emerging research, best practices, and advancements in the field of mental health counseling, incorporating new methodologies into client care.

Our team serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. • A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related mental health field.
• A valid state license as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).
• Professional liability insurance to practice as a therapist.
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience supervising graduate-level practicum students or interns.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
