Our Client Success team ensures that every client has a seamless, positive, and results-driven experience. Each Client Success Coordinator owns a portfolio of accounts and acts as a trusted partner guiding clients from onboarding through program delivery. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns and create lasting client value.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants meaningful ownership. You'll manage multiple accounts, learn how B2B demand generation works, and build experience presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients.

What you'll do
  • Build strong partnerships with clients by managing day-to-day communication, responding to requests, reviewing performance, and aligning on goals.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns, keeping timelines, deliverables, and expectations on track.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce, ensuring campaign details and deliverables are accurate and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Support client onboarding by setting expectations, establishing timelines, and aligning goals across stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to clients, translating data into clear and meaningful insights.
  • Monitor account health by staying close to client goals and campaign performance, identifying risks early, and partnering with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless program execution and a positive client experience.
  • Recognize opportunities to deepen client partnerships and surface relevant cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Share ideas that help us improve our processes and create a more consistent client experience.
Who you are
  • 0-2 years of experience in client success, account management, marketing, sales, project coordination, or another client-facing role. Internships and relevant early-career experience count.
  • A strong communicator who builds confidence through responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism with clients and teammates.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts and changing priorities while following through on commitments.
  • A proactive problem-solver who asks thoughtful questions, takes initiative, and works to resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Comfortable working with data and interested in learning how to identify meaningful insights and turn them into clear recommendations for clients.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with the ability to organize data, build reports, and check work for accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on the quality of campaign setup, reporting, and client deliverables.
